Newcastle United v Cardiff City

  Newcastle with two losses in their last two matches - at home against the Gunners and on awayturf against West Brom. Furthermore they are still sitting on 8th place, only six points behind 4th placed Liverpool. Today with the Blue Birds as opponents, the team of Pardew could get back on winning ways to recharge for the Premier League where they need much motivation to overcome a strong side from Manchester City. I think Pardew will rest some players, but will play for sure offensive and will go for the next round which will only result with a win today.
 
Cardiff is playing very weak and unattractive football in past weeks and are sitting on 17th place which didn't make the owner Tan happy. The owner fired the coach Mackay, even the fans were against it, 'cause Mackay did a lot for this team and only with his help the Blue Birds did the promotion to Premier League. But now Mackay is past and the future will be Ole Solskjaer who came from Molde. Cardiff lost their last match 0-2 and even today their task wouldn't be easier at St. James' Park. Solskjaer will rest some of the important players 'cause the relegation is much important than the 4th round of the FA-Cup. 

Both teams are at the moment on a bad run, but Newcastle has better individual players and play on hometurf where I could only expect a confident homewin.
