Germany U21 - France U21
Just in June Germany played at the Young European Championship, but they failed to win despite they started as one of the favorite NT.They face tough Group stage and they missed of some key players, that's IMO main reasons why they didn't win anyway that worked for Horst Hrubesch to back on bench and tio restart to build the new U21 generation: 12 new players added so for this friendly togheter some experienced players for this cathegory (Leitner, Volland, Gk ter Stegen), to add the CD Mustafi joined to play in italian serie A (Sampdoria) and to be look for MF Goretzka considered one of the best talent for the next future.
France didn't play in U21 final stage but they had strong impactt with U19 NT so the future is ready to come. Willy Sagnol will have availables players like DEF Digne (PSG) and Umtiti (from Lyon), he added always 2 players coming from foreigner leagues (Laporte from Athletic Bilbao and Coeff from Granada).
Both NT changed a lot but still Germany are IMO much stronger than their opponents counting also over players used to play at high levels.
