Dinamo Z.v Austria
A match with teams of similar strenght is played on Maksimir stadium and the stadium will be full. New grass is placed and the conditions should be perfect for a good game. This season Dinamo looks different and maybe able to perform decently in the CL if they pass Austria. Austrian football is quality wise above Croatian but Dinamo would ba a good match for any club there. Dinamo is not performing great in the league but i would say they play 50-60% of their abilities and strenght. Matches are won by a goal difference but we have seen their best performances in the CL qualification. Fola Esch and Sheriff were easily dealt with though there were some problems at home and Dinamo won 1:0 late against Sheriff. Still they created numerous chances and even I have some doubts about the consistency of the midfield line with Antolic, Husejinovic and Pamic the attack with Fernandes, Soudani and Cop looks a constant threat with their pace and technique.
Austria is fifth in the league and besides the last match when they hammered the worst defending team Wiener Neustadt 5:0 they have shown some poor matches. In two matches against inferior Hafnafjordur they managed to score one goal and have shown very inconsistent matches in the league. They won over Admira at home 2:0 but could have easily been trailing 0:2 at half time. They got humiliated against their firstest rival Salzburg 5:1 away and couldn` t score against Rapid having a man more for 70 minutes, also away. Austria doesn`t look comfortable and I believe this match comes at a very difficult time for them.
Dinamo has the quality to win this with handicap and with the playmaker Sammir probably playing the last 30 minutes to give the extra push I think Dinamo is a decent favorite here.
Dinamo is just missing Sare while all others are available.
Austria is missing the defender Suttner and midfielder Gorgon.
