Hereford vs Dartford
After suffering back-to-back away defeats at Cambridge United and Macclesfield Town respectively, Hereford will be keen to get back to familiar territory where they’ve lost just once so far this season as they prepare for the visit of Dartford. Hereford have registered wins over Tamworth 1-0, Welling United 2-1 and Lincoln City 1-0 along with draws against Braintree Town and Luton Town. Their one loss so far was at the hands of Aldershot Town in a surprising 0-2 defeat back in mid-September.
Visitors Dartford are four places adrift of their hosts today having won just once on the road so far this season which was a 2-0 win at Tamworth at the end of August. Since then they’ve recorded just two further wins in their next nine league matches but their form on their travels has been poor to say the least.The Darts have an overall away record of 1-1-5 4/15 going into this match, and they’ll be looking to stave off a fourth successive away defeat following losses at Luton Town 0-3, Grimsby Town 2-5 and Gateshead 0-2 during the week.
Dartford have also failed to score on eight occasions in their last thirteen away matches which is worth considering when looking at this fixture. I’ll therefore back Hereford United to record their fourth home win here today .Hereford to win.
